I know I'm late on this, but would still like to help. Sorry I didn't see this sooner. How was and has your gecko been eating and doing since you posted? I'd try tong feeding your gecko mealworms, try to get him/her to take the worm going on smell, so you may have to put the worm by your gecko's nose and mouth a couple times, keep trying and get him/her to smell the worm and touch it up to the gecko's mouth as well. I've worked w/ gecko's that have a hard time catching their own food and this works for them. I know when tong feeding alot of times the gecko waits for the worms to move- but not always - I have gecko's that will just eat the worm everytime I put it up to their mouths before the worms even move. Try to go on what you can -smell and or touch. They can also smell there food. They love to be tong fed and are a inactive species for sure so there's nothing wrong w/ tong feeding the leo's. Keep us updated on how your gecko's doing. Good Luck! I hope you and your gecko are doing great!
